چکیده

The aim of the study was to examine an association rs602662 FUT2 genetic locus with status H. pylori infection and development related diseases (chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer 12 duodenal ulcer). Methods: included 91 patients, divided into two groups - "case" "control". Criteria for “case” group enrollment: diagnosis or ulcer, chronic non-atrophic gastritis; positive test pylori. The “control” patients episodic complaints dyspepsia while undergoing a comprehensive examination, negative pylori, as well having no history former therapy on elimination. The presence polymorphic gene carried out by standard TaqMan PCR method Real-Time CFX96 Touch amplifier. follow-up period 6 months. Results: main 50 aged 21 years, control – 41 patients. Patients infected more often noticed symptoms in 36%, compared 9.7%. A family associated significantly differed, χ2 = 4.97, p 0.05.To assess contribution genotype risk clinically manifested infection, subgroups. In distribution alleles these groups, significant differences were revealed. Allele "A" has protective effect regarding onset clinical dyspepsia. odds ratio (OR) carriage allele (genotypes / G versus G) have 0.175 (CI [0.049-0.625] chi2 7.79 0.0053 ).Conclusion:1. No genotypes revealed.2. Carriage absence OR 0.0053).
